Content Strategist for AT&T (Present): UI Mobile App Content Sample
This sample shows AT&T’s customer mobile app known as myAT&T, which allows customers to perform various actions. In this sample example, a customer is updating a billing address. I helped to write revised and new informational text and buttons to this mobile app screen flow to enhance customers’ understanding about how to navigate to the billing address update location.
E-Book Presentation Deck Development Strategy for Freelance Client: ListingSpark (2024)
This Austin, Texas-based real estate company was a client that I produced an e-book/presentation deck that would educate prospective customers (realtors and sellers) about the new industry-impacting National Association of Realtors (NAR) Settlement and how ListingSpark could be a viable solution in response to it. I planned and created the presentation deck.

SEO Audit + Strategy Plan Report (with Content and UX Research) for Mind the Gap Consulting SEO firm: September 2023
For Mind the Gap‘s client, Fertility Glo, an Australian women’s wellness and fertility tea brand, which just launched July 2023, I was consulted as an SEO Strategist to provide an SEO audit plus strategy around UX and on-page and off-page SEO (keywords, linking, technical canonicalization, index, and linking issues, and backlinks) to help them meet their KPI goals come February 2024. To accompany this report deck, as part of the strategy plan, I also provided: 1. site architecture suggestion 2. new URL, title tag, and meta description suggestions where I saw best fit and 3. a content calendar for the next 4 months (Sept 2023-Dec 2023).

Content Strategy Proposal for Brand Revamp: September 2023
For Mind the Gap‘s client, Melamine Corner, a South African furniture brand for resellers (B2B) and soon retail consumers (B2C), I was consulted to provide a content + branding proposal for the company’s upcoming rebranding into Me and Co Furniture. From Slides 16 to 36 in the proposal deck to the immediate left, I offered insights for the company’s following goals: 1. communicating their rebranding 2. strengthening the B2B side of business 3. prepping for the e-commerce retail growth/B2C side of business and how it will dwell in the same website space as the B2B market.
