Returns are available for purchases made on Amazon only, typically having to be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

Usually, the return process entails receiving either a shipping label or QR code via email that you will then present at a drop-off location (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, or a drop-off partner) or affix onto the return packaging for a scheduled mail pickup.

Upon the return being delivered, it may take anywhere from 2-10, but typically 7, business days for processing and receiving a refund.
