Well, maybe. And maybe not. However, who’s to say humans don’t drive their pets crazy every now and then, especially now that they’re involuntarily part-timing on YouTube and starring in the world’s new-age Reels? That has to qualify for a little weekend festive PTO (pay up, humans) and being something else for a break, right? So right now, the more (semi) literal version of ghosting is on today’s agenda.

With Halloween right around the corner, we want to see pups, kitties, and other furry buddies join in on the fun with the fam and friends. That means finding some Casper the Friendly…Dog or Paw Patrol or astronaut (a dog’s gotta dream big…in a really tight suit) fits for Spot and Co. Okay, let’s be honest. The scariest thing about this whole costume is the fairly-close-to-$30 price tag. Also, it almost kind of pays tribute to the ’80s hair metal bands (and that amount of hairspray and makeup WAS scary) more than the lunatic doll it’s really supposed to emulate.

Now, with that all established, can we all just take a moment to laugh at how hilarious it looks? But on the plus side, even for such a deadly costume, it is only made of the softest foam materials to keep your friend ’til the end safe. Hidey-ho! Ha-ha-ha. (That last part was your money running away from you.)
